Overview
Vietnam is such a long country, extending so far north to south, that attitudes and weather change as you move. The only real constant is that traffic is bad. Try to stick to parks or waterways. And don’t make the mistake of assuming that you’ll be fine if you run on sidewalks. Often, scooters drive on sidewalks. Just be aware of your surroundings at all times.
