When traveling to a new place, the last thing you want to do is take time out of your busy schedule to find and plan a route to run. It can be daunting to run in a new place, especially if you’re unsure about where to go, what to wear, or what to watch out for.
So, I’ve done the leg work for you (well, your legs will still have to work, but in a different way). Having visited over 60 countries, and run in most of those, I’ve put together running routes around the world, as well as attire suggestions and dangers to be aware of. All of the suggested routes are runs I have actually taken, unless otherwise noted.
The majority of circuits are 3-8 miles, but there are a few longer ones. Tailor them to suit your needs.
So, now all you have to do is lace up those shoes, and head outside for a boost of endorphins.
